- The user is required to read the accompanying user manual before operating the device and to ensure compliance with the instructions contained therein.
- The company shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from misuse of the device or from using it for purposes other than its intended function.
- The company shall not be held liable for any malfunctions resulting from improper installation of the device.
- The company shall not be held liable for any interruption in the device’s operation in the event of a power outage or instability/disruption of the power supply.
- In the event that the device is connected to an application or a mobile phone, the company shall not be held liable for any malfunction arising from:
- Phone failure or non-functionality.
- Interruption or suspension of internet or network services.
- Deletion or deactivation of the application linked to the device.
- Failure to enable or receive the device’s notifications.
6. The company shall not be held liable for any malfunctions resulting from modifications to, or unauthorized access to, the device by non-authorized parties.
7. The company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. Use of the device constitutes the user’s full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
